This policy applies to generativeranks.com and the GenerativeRanks application at app.generativeranks.com.
2. Information you provide
Account information may include your email address, authentication details, brand/workspace information, websites, markets, topics, tasks and other information you intentionally enter into the product.
3. Connected-service data
If you connect supported services such as Google or Bing products, GenerativeRanks may process authorized property information and performance data needed to provide the features you request. Access is limited to the permissions granted through the relevant connection flow.
4. AI and search processing
When you run AI visibility, GEO Assistant, Content Map or related features, relevant prompts, brand context and selected evidence may be sent to configured model or search providers to perform the requested operation.
5. Technical and usage data
We may process server logs, security events, request metadata, usage counters and error information necessary to operate, secure and improve the service.
6. Payment data
Payments are handled through the payment provider used in the checkout flow. GenerativeRanks may receive transaction identifiers, product/plan information and payment status needed to activate or manage access. We do not need your full payment-card number to operate the application.
7. Security
We use technical and organizational controls intended to reduce unauthorized access, including server-side authorization, protected credentials, rate limiting and account/session controls. No security measure can guarantee absolute security.
8. Retention
Information may be retained for as long as needed to provide the service, maintain account history, meet security and legal obligations, resolve disputes and enforce agreements. Retention may differ by data type and plan feature.
