These terms govern access to the GenerativeRanks public website and private software application.

1. Service
GenerativeRanks provides software for AI visibility monitoring, search intelligence, SEO/GEO research, audits, recommendations, tasks and reporting. Features may change as providers and the product evolve.
2. Accounts
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for activity performed through your account. Do not share one-time codes, passwords or private connection credentials.
3. Plans and limits
Each plan has usage limits. Limits, included features and prices shown at purchase govern the applicable billing period. Attempts to bypass quotas, authorization or rate limits are prohibited.
4. Acceptable use
Do not use GenerativeRanks to access data you do not own or have permission to analyze, attack systems, distribute malware, interfere with service operation, evade security controls or violate applicable law or third-party rights.
5. Connected services
Google, Bing, AI providers, search-data providers, payment services and other third parties operate under their own terms and availability. Their changes, outages or API restrictions can affect GenerativeRanks features.
6. Search and AI outcomes
GenerativeRanks does not guarantee rankings, traffic, revenue, AI citations, AI recommendations or inclusion in any search or answer system. Reports and recommendations support decision-making but do not replace your own review.
7. Subscriptions and payments
Paid access is activated through the supported checkout and verified payment flow. Pricing, billing period and any discount shown during checkout apply to that transaction. Refunds, cancellations and renewals are subject to the purchase flow and applicable consumer law.
8. Intellectual property
The GenerativeRanks software, branding, original interface, documentation and source code are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. These terms do not grant permission to copy, resell or create unauthorized derivative versions of the software.
9. Availability
We aim to operate the service reliably but do not promise uninterrupted or error-free availability. Maintenance, provider outages, security actions and infrastructure events may temporarily affect access.
10. Limitation
To the extent permitted by law, GenerativeRanks is provided without guarantees of specific business outcomes. Liability limitations that cannot legally apply in your jurisdiction are not intended to override mandatory rights.
11. Changes and termination
We may update the service and these terms. Access may be restricted or terminated for abuse, security risk, non-payment or material violation of these terms.
